Return Policy

Purchase of an ebook grants the purchaser a nonexclusive license to access the ebook on the AOTA ebook platform. The license is for personal use and may not be transferred to another user. See the Terms of Use for AOTA Ebooks.
Ebooks cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Purchasers who experience technical difficulty in downloading or accessing a title should contact AOTA customer service.

Purchasers may not use ebooks on more than one device at the same time; make or distribute unauthorized copies of ebooks; or use, copy, modify, or transfer the ebook, in whole or in part, without permission from AOTA.
Purchasers are subject to the policies governing AOTA website use.
User names and passwords may not be shared for any AOTA online products, including Exam Prep and ebooks.

Tax is charged to residents of certain states. For more information, see “Will I have to pay sales tax?” in the AOTA Store FAQ.

How will I access my ebook? After your purchase is completed, you will receive a link to the AOTA library site, https://library.aota.org. Sign on with your AOTA user name and password, and your book will appear in your library. You can use any browser, but we recommend Chrome or Firefox.
Can I download a pdf copy? You may download pdfs in accordance with the policies stated in the Terms of Use for AOTA Ebooks. Pdfs are for your personal use and reference, and you may not distribute them.
Can I access the ebook offline? You cannot access the ebook offline, but you can download the pdf for offline reading.
How do I get technical help? Contact AOTA customer service by email or through the chat tool on the AOTA store website.
Does my book “expire?” Your book is yours in perpetuity; AOTA ebooks are not subscription based.
