Abstract
As the professional association serving occupational therapy, AOTA regularly monitors and measures workforce and compensation trends. This survey includes demographic information as well as detailing where occupational therapy practitioners are working, how they are compensated, and what benefits they commonly receive. The report also investigates student attitudes toward the vitality of the job market and the profession overall.
This report is segmented into modules, with each centering on a specific focal point of the research. Although it is helpful to explore the full report, each module is designed to be a stand-alone unit and can be read independently of the other modules without substantial loss of detail.
