Abstract

Students of occupational therapy are the future of our profession. The adaptability, creativity, and resilience students and educators demonstrated in response to the changes brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic promise to further advance the spirit of occupational therapy in the classroom and in the community. Articles in this issue highlight some examples of that resiliency and creativity.

To guide students and new practitioners to successfully establish an occupational therapy career in this unusual environment, AOTA is hosting AOTA + NBCOT Launch Pad 2021 on November 19-20. The conference is being offered in person and on-demand so that this essential opportunity to learn, grow, and make life-changing connections with other students and new practitioners is accessible to everyone.
